Note: I’m not sure how far back I’ll go with the TV show lists at this time.  However, given that Metacritic no longer does a tally, the goal is to at least go back to 2009, when they started tallying lists.  Furthermore, due to time limitations, the TV lists will not be as inclusive as the film lists.  Instead, they will likely only include the nation’s top critics, that Metacritic previously included.
